Industry-Integrated Experiential Learning (5S Practice) Bridging academia with industry, the Department organizes hands-on skill development initiatives such as the 5S Workshop, delivered by experienced industry professionals including representatives from Gabriel India Ltd., Genau Extrusions Pvt. Ltd., and Calimere Technologies. These sessions provide practical exposure to workplace organization, efficiency systems, and professional discipline. In 2025, the Department established three dedicated Extension Centres aligned with its specialization pathways: Talent Forge (HRM), Centre for Holistic Health and Wellbeing (MNP), and Centre for Community Building & Good Governance - anchoring applied learning with societal impact.
